We are so excited to see everyone at our Annual Harvest Festival tonigth! We hope to continue this beloved tradition for years to come, and we appreciate your help in keeping everyone safe and making it a success.
🚗 Parking & Shuttle:
Please do not park in the fire lane. Parking is available in the fields. (see picture) Park smart, leave space for others. Once the lot is full—or if you prefer—you can take the shuttle bus from the Old Baptist Church at the corner of Stony and Old Baptist. Runs 5:30 - 8 or when the lot is emptied.
🚪 Entrance:
Please use the front door to enter the fair. We’ll have items to give out, and there’s a lot of fun happening inside!
🦃 Donations:
If you’re able, please consider donating gravy to the Food Pantry.
🎃 Jack-O’-Lantern Path:
Bring a flashlight or your phone light to safely walk the family-carved Jack-O’-Lantern path.
All children must be accompanied by an adult on the trail.
Pumpkin drop-off is on the gym side of the school. You’ll see designated grade-level spots—please drop them off by 2:30 PM TODAY.
We’re looking forward to another wonderful evening together.

Jack-o'-lantern Drop Off Details
Friday, October 30th by 2:30 pm
Drop off carved pumpkin with a battery-operated tea light to the side the school, near the gym, to be a part of the pumpkin walk. Label the bottom of your pumpkin with student's name and grade. Pumpkins can be picked up anytime after the Harvest Fest.
Prize!
The grade with the most pumpkins will get extra recess!
Last year we had over 100 pumpkins, let's beat it this year!

Please join your new School PTO and other incoming Kindergarten families for a fun visit to the school playground. Students will meet new friends and be given the opportunity to ride on a School Bus! This outside event is a chance to help you and your child get ready for the first day of Kindergarten.

Please see the linked letter, which provides an update and information on the school district's plan to study how technology is used throughout our district and how we can ensure that it is being used effectively across all grade levels in support of the Vision of the Learner.
Also linked are reading and math materials for elementary students that require no technology. This summer, elementary students will not be taking school Chromebooks home. They may practice their skills by accessing these resources over the summer.
