In order for students to be eligible to try out for any sports team the following criteria must be met:

- a current physical must be submitted or on file at school - the date on the physical must be within the fifteen month window of the season.

- a notarized Assumption of Risk form must be on file at school which only needs to be completed once while in middle school.
